The silver finish works well with our other kitchen appliances and appeals as a feature due to the sleek appearance. The actual design works with ease for example the access of water tank is around the front and comes out with ease, all of the appliances such as the drip tray are easily removed and cleaned. The automatic functions of the machine lets you know when it needs cleaning and descaling which is very handy as well as alerting you to refill water and empty grounds.

Pros and cons

The only fault I can identify with the Magnifica Delonghi Espresso  is  as someone mentioned the difference between these machines and the mega expensive professional coffee house ones is a fancier froth arm. To a seasoned drinker one cannot fault the quality of the coffee this machine produces and when I come to think of the amount of money I spent before, during and after work at cafes I have not looked back. Each and every person who has tried a coffee at our house has complimented it greatly and compared it to the standard of quality coffee houses. For anyone with a desire to learn about the fascinating science and art of making the perfect coffee I could not recommend this any higher.
